The purpose of this form is to let us double check an existing loan offer that you have received. It is a very simple process, just fill in the relevant numbers from your GFE (Good Faith Estimate) and hit submit. Once received we will review the numbers, check for any "junk fees", check to see if you are getting a fair interest rate depending on your credit and email you with an honest analysis. In the majority of cases (based on fax submissions prior to setting this service up on our website) we have been able to save people closing costs and obtain lower interest rates. We will also tell you honestly if you are already getting a good deal. Try it, you have nothing to lose and you might be very surprised.
